Cancelation Policy

Once your reservation is confirmed by a UVR agent, it is guaranteed. If you wish to cancel your reservation, we require notification of 72 hours prior to the rental date and time. A $99.00 cancellation fee may apply.

Insurance and Coverage

Please make sure to check with your insurance company and/or credit card company for information regarding your specific coverage. Trucks, motorhomes, exotic vehicles, large SUV's and multi-passenger vans are often excluded.

Geographic Restrictions

Passenger and Cargo Vans will have 200 miles free per day, and $.45 per mile thereafter. Our vehicles are allowed out of the state. *** You will need to confirm with the rental office what state you will be traveling to and and have written permission. Not disclosing this information will void the agreement and the customer will be subject to mileage charges from the moment they leave the rental office.*** Vehicles are only allowed into Mexico with the written approval of United Van Rentals and proper Mexican coverage from a domestic insurance provider.

Pre Paid Rentals

We accept pre-paid rentals up to 1 year in advance. Payments can be made by credit card, cash or check. By check, we need to receive payment 7 days in advance.
